Transit Marketing was contracted by LTD to perform Passenger Surveys in 1999, 2004, 2007 and 2011.
Each of the system-wide surveys collected detailed information about a sample of approximately 7,000 riders. The questionnaires included origin-destination data, transit usage characteristics, demographics, satisfaction and desired service improvements to guide planning and marketing decisions.
In addition, we conducted an e-survey of University of Oregon students in 2007 to evaluate the prepaid agreement between UO and LTD.
