Dr. Clark has worked in market research for public transportation agencies since 1976. He has conducted studies for more than 50 transit systems. Having originated many of the survey methods that have now become industry standards, he continues to innovate. He develops research designs for clients that reflect their unique local circumstances and that use new methods to effectively measure demand, estimate economic impact and track customer and employee satisfaction.
