Consulting Services Selena Barlow, owner and manager of Transit Marketing, LLC, works exclusively within the public transportation industry. Marketing Plans Having developed marketing plans for more than 60 transit systems, Ms. Barlow has worked with all sizes of transit properties and budgets. Her customized and comprehensive marketing plans address all critical areas of communications including branding, passenger information, customer relations, advertising, media relations, community based marketing, constituency development, targeted ridership programs and internal marketing.
Branding The Transit Marketing creative team can develop a complete brand identity for a new or existing transit system, including name, logo, color scheme, vehicle design and signage. We combine excellent design skills with a technical understanding of the transit environment to offer transit agencies brands that are both effective and pragmatic.
Passenger Information Materials. The team combines experienced design skills with computer technology to produce high quality system maps, schedules, bus stop signage, rider's guides and other passenger information materials. Graphics expertise, combined with an understanding of the transit consumer, insure that materials are not only attractive, but clear, complete and easy to use.
Promotional Materials and Campaigns. The team can provide all of the resources necessary to produce a single promotional brochure, a series of ads, or a multi-media promotional campaign.

Training Ms. Barlow teaches classes in Transit Marketing, Transit Market Research and related topics for a variety of organizations including University of the Pacific, Willamette University, CalAct, Community Transportation Association of America.
