EXPERIENCE Transit Marketing, LLC Independent Marketing Consultant (1988- present) Works exclusively within the transportation industry. Provides marketing consultation, market research and creative services to transit agencies, transportation departments of cities, counties and states and metropolitan planning organizations. Has worked for more than four dozen transportation agencies during the past twelve years. Services include marketing plan development, market research coordination and analysis, development of marketing programs and materials. Certified WBE.
Transit Marketing Instructor/Trainer, University of the Pacific (CA) and Willamette University (OR) (1997-present) Teaches a one day course in Transit Marketing for the Transit/Paratransit Management Certificate Program at these Universities. Has also conducted workshops and training programs for Arizona Department of Transportation, Oregon Department of Transportation, CalAct, AzTA, CTA and other transit organizations.
